This course provides an introduction to the fundamental principles of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and their critical role in ensuring the quality, safety, and regulatory compliance of cosmetic products.
Designed for individuals and organizations seeking to enter the cosmetic manufacturing industry, the training offers an understanding of essential GMP requirements and expectations. Participants will gain practical knowledge on applying GMP in real-world production settings, enabling them to meet regulatory standards and promote a strong culture of quality within their workplace.
Objectives
1.Introduce the fundamental principles of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and highlight their significance in ensuring the quality, safety, and regulatory compliance of cosmetic products.
2.Equip participants with essential knowledge relevant to entering the cosmetic manufacturing industry, including key GMP requirements, facility needs, and operational expectations.
3.Demonstrate practical applications of GMP across production processes—such as hygiene practices, documentation, equipment handling, and quality control measures.
4.Promote a culture of quality within organizations by emphasizing personnel responsibility, continual improvement, and adherence to best practices.

Methodologies
The course will be conducted in the form of online lecture and case study
A Certificate of Training will be awarded to participants with complete attendance and passed the written examination (70% passing rate).
A Proof of Attendance will be issued to all participants with complete attendance upon completion of the course.
A written examination (pre-test and post-test) will be given to evaluate the knowledge gained by the participants.
