The course aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to conduct an internal quality audit of a Laboratory Quality Management System (LQMS) based on ISO/IEC 17025:2017, and to report on the effective implementation and maintenance of the management system in accordance with ISO 19011:2018.”
Objectives
A. Knowledge 1. With reference to the Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle, explain the process-based LQMS model for ISO/IEC 17025:2017, and the role of internal quality audit in the maintenance and improvement of LQMS; 2. Explain the role and responsibilities of an auditor to plan, conduct, report and follow up an internal LQMS audit, in accordance with ISO 19011:2018 B. Skills

Methodologies
- The course will be conducted in the form of lecture and workshop/exercises.
- A written examination will be given to evaluate the knowledge gained by the participants.
- A Proof of Attendance will be issued to all participants with at least 75% attendance upon completion of the course.
- A Certificate of Training will be awarded to participants with at least 75% attendance and passed the written examination. Passing score is 70%
